Every Christian is called to lead. We are all called to lead self as we walk in step with the indwelling Holy Spirit towards increasing Christ-likeness. We are called to lead others as we live out the mission of Jesus to make disciples who make disciples. Some are called to lead in other ways both inside and outside of the church. For you, we are forming the "Leadership Fellowship", a 9 month discipleship fellowship led by the pastors & elders. This journey will be taken together with a band of brothers and sisters who can love, instruct, encourage, and correct each other. Prayer, Scripture, confession, and conversation will form the framework of our times together. Additionally there will be a substantial amount of reading, assignments and spiritual discipline exercises to be completed in order to make the most of the experience. We believe that this will be a transformative endeavour.
